Transformational Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Internal Supervision in Schools Perceived by the Educational Personnel under the Office of Nonformal and Informal Education in Nan province

This research aimed: 1) to study the transformational leadership of school administrators under the Office of Nonformal Education and Informal Education, Nan Province; 2) to study supervision within educational institutions under the Office of Nonformal Education and Informal Education, Nan Province; and 3) to study the factors of transformational leadership affecting internal supervision under the Office of Nonformal Education and Informal Education, Nan Province under the Office of Nonformal Education and Informal Education, Nan Province in the academic year 2021. There were 175 students by simple random sampling. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire consisting of transformational leadership of school administrators and internal supervision. The confidence value was 0.98, 0.97 respectively. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.
The results showed the followings. 1) Transformational leadership of school administrators under the Office of Nonformal Education and Informal Education, Nan Province, overall was at a high level. mean = 4.37 standard deviation = 0.78. 2) Supervision within educational institutions of under the Office of Nonformal Education and Informal Education, Nan Province, overall was at a high level mean = 4.34 standard deviation = 0.76. 3) The transformational leadership factors of educational institution administrators affected the internal supervision of educational institutions with statistic significant (R = 0.107 , P< .05)
