Abstract

          This research aimed to study: 1) academic leadership of district non-formal education administrators under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Chiang Rai Province; 2) standardized performance of sub-district non-formal education teachers under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Chiang Rai Province; and 3) relationship between academic leadership of district non-formal education administrators and standardized performance of sub-district non-formal education teachers under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Chiang Rai Province. The sample size of 100 people consisted of sub-district non-formal education teachers under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Chiang Rai Province. The instrument was the questionnaire. The assessment included the academic leadership of administrators and standardized performance of sub-district non-formal education teachers with the reliability at 0.93, 0.96 and 0.95 respectively. The statistical instrumentals used in data analysis were: percentage (%) mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), and Pearson’s product moment correlation.

           The results showed the followings. 1) The academic leadership of district non-formal education administrators, under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Chiang Rai Province was at high level ( = 4.38, SD = 0.46). 2) The standardized performance of sub-district non-formal education teachers, under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Chiang Rai Province, was at high level (  = 4.46, SD = 0.39). 3) The relationship between academic leadership of district non-formal education administrators and standardized performance of sub-district non-formal education teachers under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Chiang Rai Province was High positive with statistic significant (r= 0.759, p<0.01).
