Creative Leadership of Administrators Affecting Teachers’ Work Motivation in at Schools under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the components of creative leadership of school administrators; 2) the levels of creative leadership of school administrators; 3) the levels of teacher performance motivation at the schools; 4) the relationship between creative leadership of administrators and teacher performance motivation at the schools; 5) the predictive power of administrators' creative leadership affecting teachers' performance motivation at the schools; and 6) development of creative leadership of administrators affecting performance motivation of teachers at the schools.
The research method was divided into 3 phases: 1) to study the components of creative leadership of executives; and the motivational component of teachers' performance in schools, 2) to study the relationship between the creative leadership of administrators affecting teachers' motivation to work at the schools; and 3) to study ways to develop creative leadership of administrators under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 2.
The results showed the followings.
- There were five components of creative leadership.
- The creative leadership of executives as a whole was at a high level.
- Teachers' motivation at the school performance as a whole was at a high level.
- The performance motivation of the school teacher had a positive relationship moderate.
- Executive Creative Leadership Teamwork (X5) and problem-solving ability (X4) had predictive powers in teachers' performance motivation with forecasting power of 48.90%.
- The guideline for the administrators’ creative leadership development for teachers' performance motivation at the schools included two aspects: teamwork and capability for problem solving.
