Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the components of creative leadership of school administrators; 2) the levels of creative leadership of school administrators; 3) the levels of teacher performance motivation at the schools; 4) the relationship between creative leadership of administrators and teacher performance motivation at the schools; 5) the predictive power of administrators' creative leadership affecting teachers' performance motivation at the schools; and 6) development of creative leadership of administrators affecting performance motivation of teachers at the schools.

           The research method was divided into 3 phases: 1) to study the components of creative leadership of executives; and the motivational component of teachers' performance in schools, 2) to study the relationship between the creative leadership of administrators affecting teachers' motivation to work at the schools; and 3) to study ways to develop creative leadership of administrators under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 2.

           The results showed the followings.

  1. There were five components of creative leadership.
  2. The creative leadership of executives as a whole was at a high level.
  3. Teachers' motivation at the school performance as a whole was at a high level.
  4. The performance motivation of the school teacher had a positive relationship moderate.
  5. Executive Creative Leadership Teamwork (X5) and problem-solving ability (X4) had predictive powers in teachers' performance motivation with forecasting power of 48.90%.
  6. The guideline for the administrators’ creative leadership development for teachers' performance motivation at the schools included two aspects: teamwork and capability for problem solving.
