Quality of Work Life in a New Normal Affecting the Employees’ Job Performance at Advance Information Plc during the Epidemic Crisis of COVID-19

The objectives were to provide the quality of working life in a new normal, performance in a new way, to compare work efficiency in a new normal, classified by personal data, and to study the quality of work life affecting efficient job performance. The population in the study was employees of Advance Information Public Company Limited. A group of 235 samples was asked to do a questionnaire for data collection. Statistical data were analyzed by the percentage, mean, t-test, F-test (One-Way ANOVA), and Multiple Regression Analysis.
The study's results showed that quality of working life according to the new normal was significant (mean = 4.05). Performance according to the new path was of high priority mean = 4.07). Personal data on education level, department, and average monthly income affected performance in the new way. Quality of work life followed a new normal of living with a balance between work and personal life. Social integration or collaboration affected productivity at a statistically significant level of .05. The results of the hypothesis test implied that adapting the working style to the organization's new normal approach did not have a detrimental impact on the quality of employees' work lives. In the future, organizations should motivate staff to set aside time to strike a balance between work and personal obligations. In order to improve the quality of work life, social support activities should be planned also for employees from different departments and their families. Moreover, the organizations should satisfy their wants in order to endure eternally.
