Abstract

          This research aimed to study the school administration’s levels of factors and effectiveness, factors and affecting the effectiveness of small school administration under the Nan Primary Education Area Office District 1. The sample group consisted of 39 school directors and 209 teachers, totaling 248 students. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used.

           The research results showed that the level of factors affecting the administration of small educational institutions. The overall picture was at the highest level. The level of effectiveness of the administration of small educational institutions with the overall picture is was at the highest level. The relationship between the factors was positive with statistical significance at the .01 level; and the factors affecting the effectiveness of the small school administration under the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were: transformational leadership and teaching efficiency. There was a statistically significant level of 0.01 for the motivation factor for working; the organizational climate factors did not have statistically significant. Therefore, it does not affect the effectiveness of the administration of small educational institutions. The correlation coefficient (R) was 0.676; and the predictive coefficient () was 0.457 or had a predictive power of 45.70%.
