Abstract

          The objectives of this study were to study: 1) the service quality of visiting prisoners through the monitors with a LINE application Min Buri Remand Prison; 2) satisfaction with the service of inmate visits through the monitors with Line application Min Buri Remand Prison; and 3) service quality affecting satisfaction in providing service for visiting inmates through the monitors with Line application of Min Buri Remand Prison. 400 questionnaires were used as a research tool to collect data. The results showed that the majority of respondents were male, aged 31 to 40, contractors or company employees with a bachelor's degree, and their monthly income with below 20,000 baht. They lived in Bangkok and had close friendships with the inmates. Service quality and service satisfaction were very important. The quality of service in the prisoner visits through the monitors with the Line application of Min Buri Remand Prison was important: concrete aspect of services, reliability, trust, response to relatives of inmates, confidence of relatives, knowing and understanding them.  It had service satisfaction with the statistical significance at 0.05 level Suggestively, the agency should develop the Line application to be more convenient and easy for visiting relatives to use, and install the prison's Internet network with high speed. It can operate well. There should be enough computers for the visiting detainees. Also, there should be a fixed time to visit relatives.
