Abstract

          This academic article discusses about a learning management trend in a new era which learning tools are increasingly depending on technology. It is the era of technology disruption. The digital platform learning management plays an important role, integrating with innovative knowledge and rapid changes. Additionally, it extends the youths’ knowledge outside the classroom. It is a world of education without borders and an atmosphere such as learning one-on-one. Face-to-face can capture the attention of the primary school students of Gen Z born with high technology of communication: participating in the interactive activities through real-time platforms. The technology is ready to support learning and changes rapidly. This transforms the education and brings the school to the digital age.

           This article will first discuss on learning through the digital platforms, second on trends and directions of education management through digital platforms, third on interesting learning tools with digital platforms in the future, and fourth on learning management through digital platforms in the primary schools. The paper will discuss the linking theories to educational management in practices as well as understanding learning tools that will play a role in the future of managing educational management and manipulation at institutions effectively.
