The Satisfaction of Entrepreneurs towards the Legal Services and Consultation at Law Firms in Nonthaburi Province

Abstract

          This research article aimed 1) to study the satisfactions of entrepreneurs towards legal services and consultations at the law firms in Nonthaburi Province; and 2) to compare the satisfactions of entrepreneurs towards legal services and consultations at the law firms in Nonthaburi Province, classified by personal factors and size of establishments. There were 400 people in the sample group. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical tools used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One-Way ANOVA).

           The results of the research revealed that 1) the entrepreneurs were satisfied with the legal services and consultations at the law firms in Nonthaburi Province overall and each aspect at a moderate level; with consideration of each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was moderate as services, followed by personnel and reputation of the law firms, respectively; and 2) the entrepreneurs with varieties in gender, age, education level, and establishment size had no difference in satisfactions with the legal services and consultations at the law firms in Nonthaburi Province.
