Work Performance Motivation of Employees of Force Crane Company Limited

The objectives of this research article were: 1) to study the work performance motivation level of the employees of Force Crane Company Limited, and 2) to compare work performance motivation of the employees of Force Crane Company Limited classified by individual factors. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire. The research population of Force Crane Company Limited was 80 employees. The statistical tools used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One-Way ANOVA).
The results of the research showed that the level of work performance motivation of employees of Force Crane Company Limited in overall was high. With considerations of each aspect, it was found that the overall motivation factors were at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was the work success, followed by the acceptance, progress and nature of work, respectively. As for the supporting factors, it was found that the overall level was at a high level; with considering considerations of each aspect, it was found that the highest mean first was the aspect of work security, followed by the relationship with supervisors, compensation and special compensation (bonus), and working condition, respectively.
The hypothesis testing results revealed that the employees of Force Crane Company Limited with varieties of gender, age, marital status, education level, average monthly income, job title, and working time length had no difference in the work performance motivation.
