Guidelines for Elevating the Educational Equality of Thailand towards Excellence

The quality of education is driven by many factors and differs in the school contexts their goal is to elevate the quality of education. This academic paper used the excellent frameworks of the schools in Singapore, Austria, and Hong Kong: analyzing and synthesizing them for the guidelines in the education quality elevation in Thailand towards the excellence. The contents were categorized as the following issues: 1) goals of excellence for educational institutions in the 21st century; 2) roles and characteristics of administrators in elevating educational institutions to excellence; 3) characteristics of teachers in elevating educational institutions to excellence; and 4) guidelines for elevating the quality of education in Thailand towards excellence. The contents of each issue were relevant for the driving guideline of the excellent education.
