Abstract

          This study aimed to study the problems of promoting bilateral networks; to establish the bilateral networks; and to evaluate the appropriateness of the bilateral network of Sukhothai Vocational College. A mixed research method was used this study. Population consisted of 5 school administrators, 66 teachers and educational staff, as well as 60 students in the high vocational certificate program (business administration) from the marketing department. at the 2021 academic year at Sukhothai Vocational College Also, there were 60 people from the programs (industrial, tourism, and hotel) from the logistics and supply chains in management department, and 5 entrepreneurs with MOUs in the bilateral studies with Sukhothai Vocational College, totally 175 people and 18 experts. The questionnaire was used for data collection; the content analysis for qualitative descriptions.

           The research findings showed the following. 1.The problem of promoting the bilateral vocational network at Sukhothai Vocational College was generally at the high level. With consideration of each aspect, the first rank was personnel, followed by teaching and management. The last rank was evaluation. 2.The model for promoting the bilateral network of Sukhothai Vocational College consisted of five components: personnel, management, curricula, instructions, and assessments 3.Evaluation results on the suitability of the model was generally at the highest level.
