The Politics and Government Comparison between the United States and the People’s Republic of China

The objectives of this academic article were: 1. to study general information of the politics and government of the United States of America; 2. to study general information on the politics and government of China; and 3. to compare the politics and government of the United States of America and the People’s Republic of China. From the comparative study, the United States has a federal ruling system (Federal Republic), with three power divisions, according to the constitutional provisions: the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. Check and balance were used each other for weighing their authorities. They committed in a principle, “America First” in terms of politics, economy, military and security. By driving the strategy, the main pillars are to protect the land and interests; to maintain peace, and to expand the American influences on various parts of the world.
China adhered to the principles of "One Country Two Systems" and "One China Principle" covering political, military, economic, social, technological and environmental aspects. The development approach was that the Communist Party took the people at the center; emphasized on science, innovation, environmental friendliness, transparency, and distribution of benefits; and stood up socialism people owning the country by the law. The army was under the Communist Party of China. They upheld the concept of one country, two systems, for creating a peaceful global society with common goals, and strictly enforcing party disciplines.
America has important political goals: to be a world ruler again, and , to be an leader of the international organizations. China is not trying to push political ideas to the world stage, but to use trade approaches, such as the one belt one road, proposing investment models in various infrastructures, bridges, ports, high-speed rail. Also, there is a rapid advance now: the sale of COVID-19 vaccines.
