Guidelines for Promoting Early Childhood Learning by the Parent Participations in the Phung Na-tee School Group under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area District Office 2

The purposes of this research were to study problem conditions, to find out the demand, and to create the guidelines for promoting early childhood learning by parent participations in the Phung Na-tee school group under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area District Office 2. The sample members were 102 students and parents in Phung Na-tee school group. The research instruments used in collecting data were questionnaires, and interviewing. Data were analyzed by percentage, means, standard deviation and content analysis.
The research results showed that:
- The whole problem was at highest level. With consideration of individual aspects ranked from the highest to the lowest, they were ) learning at home, 2.) environment management, 3.) communication, 4.) learning management, and 5.) decision making.
- The whole demand was at highest level. With consideration of individual aspects ranked from the highest to the lowest, they were ) learning at home, 2.) environment management, 3.) communication, 4.) learning management and 5.) decision making.
- The guideline for promoting early childhood learning support is that the children should have interactions with parents and be provided with friendly environment, materials, and tools. Besides, environment management should be suitable for children. For decision making, parents ought to be part of the meetings.
