Implementation of the Strategic Development at Local Administrative Organizations in Phon Thong District Area, Roi Et Province

Abstract

          This purpose research were: 1) to study the level Implementation of the strategic development at the local administrative organizations, in Phon Thong district area, Roi Et province; and 2) to compare the Implementations of the strategic development at the local administrative organizations, in Phon Thong district area, Roi Et province. The population of 1,740 people were officers, personnel, Kamnans, village headmen and village committees of the local administrative organizations in Phon Thong district, Roi Et province. The sample were of 325 people. The research instrument was questionnaires. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test were used to analyze by computer program

           The results of research were:

1. The Implementation of the strategic development on local administrative organizations, in Phon Thong district area, Roi Et province total were at moderate level with consideration of each aspect from the most to the least ranks economic and social, conservation of natural resources and environment, Infrastructure, education, religion and cultural traditions and tourism and sports, respectively.
2. The results from the comparative analysis of the Implementation of the strategic development at the local administrative organizations, in Phon Thong district area, Roi Et province classified by personal factors had no significant difference.
