Abstract

          This research article aimed 1. to study the problems and needs of the participatory curriculum administration of Uttaradit College of Technology and enterprises, and 2. to study the guidelines for the participatory curriculum administration of Uttaradit College of Technology and enterprises. The sample consisted of 191 teachers and 7 experts. The research instruments were questionnaires about the problems and needs, interview questions for the experts, content analyses, means, and standard deviation.

           The results of the research revealed that the problems and needs of the participatory curriculum administration of Uttaradit Technological College and enterprises were at a high level. The guidelines for participatory curriculum administration of Uttaradit Technological College and enterprises consisted of 7 issues: 1) preparation; 2) curriculum design; 3) planning for curriculum implementation; 4) curriculum implementation; 5) supervision, monitoring, evaluation; 6) performance summary; and 7) revision.
