The Satisfactions of People towards the Services of Khao Bang Kraek Police Station, Khao Bang Kraek Subdistrict, Nong Chang District, Uthai Thani Province

The purposes of this research article aimed to study the satisfactory levels of people towards the services of Khao Bang Kraek Police Station; and to compare the satisfactory levels of people towards the service of Khao Bang Kraek Police Station; Khao Bang Kraek Subdistrict, Nong Chang District, Uthai Thani Province, classified by personal factors. The sample consisted of 378 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One-Way ANOVA).
The results of the research found that most of the respondents were male, aged 26-40 years, merchants/self-employed, bachelor’s degree: visiting for assistance or litigation consultation. The overall satisfactions with the services of the police station was found at a high level of satisfactions; with consideration of each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the police officers in charge of service provisions, but the lowest average was the service process.
The results of hypothesis testing showed that the gender factors had different satisfactions for services. Among ages, occupations, and education levels, there were no satisfactory differences with the service at the the Khao Bang Kraek Police Station.
