A New Guideline for Internal Supervision in a Guiding and Reflective Style of Luang Por Petch School in Uttaradit Province

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the problems and needs of the new approach to internal supervision in a guiding and reflective approach of Luang Por Petch School in Uttaradit Province; 2) to study the new approach to internal supervision using the guiding and reflection of the school; and 3) to assess the appropriateness and feasibility of the new guideline for internal supervision of the Luang Pho Phet Saha Campus in Uttaradit Province. The sample group consisted of educational institutions’ 13 administrators, 156 teachers (169 people from an assigned group in Krejcie, s table), and 12 experts. Research tools were: qualified interview, and the appropriateness and feasibility assessment. The data were analyzed by averaging, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The results showed that the problem of internal supervision in a new direction was at a high level and had needs at a high level The new guideline for created internal supervision consisted of 1) building relationships and building cooperation, 2) classroom activities, 3) giving advice and guidance, 4) joint discussion, and 5) reflection. The results of the evaluation of the guidelines by school administrators and teachers expressed an opinion that the new guideline for internal supervision was appropriate at the highest level, and the possibility was at the highest level.
