The Effectiveness of Implementation in the Local Development Plan Of Local Administrative Organization

Abstract

The objectives of this research article was: 1. to study the opinions of people 2. to study the opinions comparison of people; and 3. to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for the effectiveness of implementation in the local development plan of an local administrative organization. This study is a mixed research. Through For a quantitative research method by Taro Yamane formula, 355 samples at random were collected from population in Ban Mai subdistrict administrative organization. The statistics methods used for the data analysis through were frequencies, means, standard deviation (S.D), T-Test, F-test, one-way Anova and Least Significant Different: (LSD) A qualitative research method used
in-depth Interview from with 12 key informants, and descriptive analytical technique. Findings of the research were: 1. the levels of opinions of people for the effectiveness of implementation in the local development plan was in overall, at the middle level ( = 3.39, S.D. = 0.49); 2. comparison of public opinions on the effectiveness of implementation of the local development plan-classified by personal factors-found that a research hypothesis was rejected after there was no different comments on the effectiveness of the implementation of the local development plan from persons with varieties of gender, age, educational backgrounds, and occupations; and 3. problems and obstacles in the implementation of the local development plan were that for learning and potential development the officials and the public overall did not understand the action plan and various legal regulations-causing obstacles to the accomplishment.
