Abstract

The objective of this research is: to study human resource organization values ​​of Indian multinational companies in Bangkok as a target group. Three hundred questionnaires were collected for a quantitative research. The Indian multinational companies have standardized working values on par with other multinational companies in Thailand; also the rules applied by the parent company are recognized internationally.
