Abstract

This article aims to study behaviors and motivations related to tourism, especially of tourists, to improvements of policy formulation, planning, and proactive action to promote historic tourist attractions and cultural attractions which is considered as the main industry that helps generate income to the community or local in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. This article presents about the creation of tourist incentives through the 7P marketing concept and the application of Maslow's hierarchical theory to create tourism incentives for tourists visiting Ayutthaya behavior and components of tourist behavior including suggestions on promotion and supporting behaviors and motivations of tourists who come to traveling Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province
