The Public Service Visitor for Klongpai Central Prison Sikhio

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the development of inmates Visiting using Human Rights 1) to study the contexts, current situations and problems of the concept of inmates Visiting 2) to develop the process of the preparation before the release of inmates with human right and caring community model 3) to present the process of the development of Inmates Visiting. The article was a qualitative method analyzing its contents from related researches using documentary and field studies with in-depth interviews. The samples were the inmates Visiting at the Klongpai central Prison and will remain in the prison according to the department of corrections, Ministry of Justice. They were chosen and consent to join the activity by purposive sampling. It was conducted using the in-depth interview collecting data from 23 key informants, focus group discussion with experts and participant observation. The information will be analyzed using a descriptive method.
