Management Development of Provincial Meditation Centers in Bangsaphan District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were (1) To study the moral and ethics Development Sangha Organization in Bang Saphannoi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province According to the opinions of the monks (2)To study and compare the opinions of the moral and ethics Development Sangha Organization in Bang Saphannoi District, Prachuapkhirikhan Province Classified by personal factors(3) To study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for moral and ethics Development Sangha Organization in Bang Saphannoi District, Prachuapkhirikhan ProvinceThe sample group used in the research was the youth who live in the area of Bang Saphan Noi district, which has 348 people. The instrument used in the research are a combination of methods. Is a data collection tool The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.) and using hypothesis testing by t (t-test) and one-way analysis of variance (One way ANOVA)

          The result found that

1. Moral and ethical development for youth in the Bang Saphan Noi District Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, overall, is at a high level. With an average of 3.98 In every level When sorting from the highest average to lowest, in terms of wisdoms, with an average of 4.04, the Meditation is equal to 3.98 and the precepts are 3.92, respectively.
2. The comparison results show that The level of opinion of youth towards moral and ethics Development Sangha Organization in Bang Saphannoi District, Prachuapkhiri khan Province Youth with different gender. Have opinions on moral and ethical development for youth of the Sangha Bang Saphan Noi District Prachuap Khiri Khan Province  Youths with personal status in terms of gender, age, educational background, and academic qualification of youth have opinions on moral and ethical development for youth of the Sangha Bang Saphan Noi District Prachuap Khiri Khan Province not different  Which is not accepting the hypothesis set  As for personal status in sex  There is no effect on different opinions.
3. District problems, obstacles and suggestions for moral and ethical development for youth of the Sangha Bang Saphan Noi District Prachuap Khiri Province(1). Meditation, lack of encouragement for youth to continuously meditate , Lacking understanding of meditation and practice of meditation on traditional forms , Lack of patience and skills in life, monks are not enough to enter in school learning (3). In terms of Wisdom, monks who educate young people have a small amount. Lack of cooperation with learning management networks , Lack of promotion of intellectual growth  Both in school Community and parents, lack of serious cooperation from the community, parents still do not understand the principles of clear learning based on intellectual principles.
