The Executive Administration According to the Principle of Brahmavihara Dahmma of Bankhai Municipality District, Bankhai District, Rayong Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were :  1)  to study the  executive  administration according to the principle of Brahmavihara Dahmma of  Bankhai  municipality district, Bankhai district, Rayong province,  2) to study the comparison of the people opinions to executive  administration according to the principle of Brahmavihara Dahmma of  Bankhai  municipality district, Bankhai district, Rayong province, 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions about the executive  administration according to the principle of Brahmavihara Dahmma of  Bankhai  municipality district, Bankhai district, Rayong province.  It was the mixed research method between the quantitative  research  was the survey research  from the questionnaire and  the qualitative research was from in-depth interview from key informant to support the quantitative research. The statistics were used for the data analysis through frequency,  percentage, mean,  standard deviation (S.D) , T-test , F-test , One-way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference : LSD.,   and  using the content analysis technique.

The findings of the research as follows :

1. 1. The executive  administration according to the principle of Brahmavihara Dahmma of  Bankhai  municipality district, Bankhai district, Rayong province, It was a good level for overall. When considered in each side found that the  sympathetic joy, compassion, neutrality and loving kindness 
2. The findings of opinions comparison of the people to executive  administration according to the principle of Brahmavihara Dahmma of  Bankhai  municipality district, Bankhai district, Rayong province, classified by personal data such as gender, age, level of education , and income , and found that the people who    had the difference of gender, had the opinions to executive  administration according to the principle of Brahmavihara Dahmma of  Bankhai  municipality district, Bankhai district, Rayong province differently.  However, the people who    had the differences of  age, level of education and income per month, had the opinions to executive  administration according to the principle of Brahmavihara Dahmma of  Bankhai  municipality district, Bankhai district, Rayong province indifferently.
3. The problems, obstacles and suggestions about executive  administration according to the principle of Brahmavihara Dahmma of  Bankhai  municipality district, Bankhai district, Rayong province , for the loving kindness  to set up the policy was not respond the demand of the people, for the compassion was to solve the problems of the people very slowly,  for the sympathetic joy was facilitated to group of friends,  and the neutrality was to have the bias to serve the people.

          Suggestions about executive  administration according to the principle of Brahmavihara Dahmma of  Bankhai  municipality district, Bankhai district, Rayong province , for the loving kindness that executive and people should create the harmony to solve the social problem.  For the compassion  is to set up the campaigning center and solve the problem immediately.  For the sympathetic joy is to create the public consciousness for people service.  For the neutrality is to serve the people equally.
