Administration In According to Brahmaviharadhamma of Sub-District Municipality in Long District Phrae Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were; 1) to study the administration in accordance with Brahmaviaradhamma of sub district Municipality in Long district 2) to study individual factors that affected to the administrative in accordance with Brahmaviaradhamma of Sub district Municipality in Long district 3) to find out guideline for developing the administrative in accordance with Brahmaviaradhamma of Sub district Municipality in Long district Phrae Province.

            This study was mixed-method research, a combination of quantitative and qualitative research.  Quantitative data were collected by using a questionnaire. The 217 staffs of Sub district Municipality in Long district, Phrae Province were samples. Samples consisted of 140 staffs by using the formula of Taro Yamane. Data were analyzed by statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation to describe personal characteristics. Hypothesis testing was conducted by using correlation and also open questions were collected data and analyzed by data grouping. For qualitative research, data were collected from 7 key informants. These key informants were purposively selected from the experts with qualification in accordance with the essence of research. Data collection instruments included structured in depth interview and face-to-face in depth interview. Data were analyzed by data grouping, content analysis technique and descriptive interpretation.

            Findings were as follows:

1. Overall the opinion’s levels for the administrative in accordance with Brahmaviaradhamma of Sub district Municipality in Long district Phrae Province were at high level with the average at 3.96
2. The result of study the related factors towards the administrative in accordance with Brahmaviaradhamma of Sub district Municipality in Long district Phrae Province, hypothesis by analyzing related with personal factor. There were found that gender, age, education level, working experience and monthly income have related at highest level of the relations. There were accepted the hypothesis. 3. The results of study the guideline of an administration in accordance with Bhramaviharadhamma of sub district municipality in Long Long district Phrae Province were found that in Madda aspect, the administrator should be giving the adviceing and suggestions to staffs and people to make a good life, in karuna aspect,  should be open mind in giving opinion by people, in Mudhida aspect, should be morale system in office and community,  and in Upekkha aspect, the administrator should be good governance system and keep the public benefit as a policy.
