Public Services According to Sangahavatthu Iv of Wiang Sub District Municipal, Chiangkhong District, Chiangrai Province

Abstract

This research aims: 1) to study the Public Services according to Sangahavatthu IV of Wiang Sub District Municipal,Chiangkhong District, Chiangrai Province, 2) to study the factors that affect the Public Services according to Sangahavatthu IV of Wiang Sub District Municipal,Chiangkhong District, Chiangrai Province, and 3) to study process to develop  the Public Services according to Sangahavatthu IV of Wiang Sub District Municipal,Chiangkhong District, Chiangrai Province. uses Quantitative Research and Qualitative research. The target group is the people who live in Chiang Khong, Chiang Rai province, a total of 8,538 people, the sample size using the formula of Taro Yamane, sample was 384 people and collected the data by using questionnaire and analyzing by using computer software for social science research for determining the frequency , percentage, average (Mean) and Standard Deviation and testing its hypothesis with T-test and F-test with analyzing by One Way Anova, when found the its difference, the researcher had tested the different by pairs using a Least Significant Difference: LSD and the data from in-depth interviews concludes 8 person, the essence of the interview then analyzed content Analysis Technique with descriptive essay.

The research was found that

           1) People had opinion about the public service in general has the intermediate level ( = 3.46), by considering sort average is divided found that the side with the highest average that is providing adequate service on a high level         ( = 3.79,) The second is that the average is moderate the service continued on        ( = 3.44,), for service in a timely manner on ( = 3.38), the provision of services equally ( = 3.32,), respectively. by of the Public Services According to Sangahavatthu IV of Wiang Sub District Municipal, in general has the moderate level   ( = 3.40), by considering sort average found that the side with the highest average; service of generosity (Dana), on a highest level ( = 3.56), followed by a moderate level equal treatment (Samanattata) ( = 3.41, SD = 0.47), kind speech (Piyavaca), ( = 3.34), and useful conduct (Atthacariya) ( = 3.29), respectively.

            2) People had different age and monthly income they had opinion for  the Public Services according to Sangahavatthu IV of Wiang Sub District Municipal, Chiangkhong District, Chiangrai Province was not different, But factors on people’s gender, education and occupation different opinion on the Public Services According to Sangahavatthu IV of Wiang Sub District Municipal,Chiangkhong District, Chiangrai Province was not different.

            3) The process to develop of the public service according with the  Sangahavatthu IV  of Municipal Subdistrict Vieng, Chiang Khong, Chiang Rai Province found that the officers and employees of the Municipal Subdistrict Vieng will be dedicated heart and intellect to serve the public, they needs to be set to develop, giving without expecting anything in return from the people. The provision of funding from agencies that are relevant to support the development, providing information that is sincere, politely speaking, providing any advisers or explains any issues to the people so that they have understand, are willing, unconscious when people need help, dedicated themselves to the public service or work regularly. They behave as if they are reasonable; having a good relationship, serving the public equally, on times continuously, advances. to achieve excellence in public service.
