People who used to support themselves and their families. After suffering the epidemic situation, it was unable to continue the former occupation. They must sell livelihood equipment or changes their jobs. The music bands, at the identical times, cannot perform like the normal. Accordingly, musicians used the online platform for making money. It is not inconvenient because that is a new thing. The music bands find out the ways for solving many problems. Preparing themselves for the current situation in the future is under the unpredictable conditions (VUCA World).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This article aims to explain and suggest the analysis and survival of the music bands during COVID–19 pandemics by SWOT Analysis technique. SWOT Analysis is a popular way to assess the organization’s strategic planning. Therefore, it is appropriate to use for analyzing the potential of the music band. The internal factors are the strengths, weaknesses of the bands and the current external environments are opportunities and obstacles in the 3rd wave of COVID–19. The music band is an organization that uses SWOT Analysis, a preliminary tool to elucidate and guideline leads to strategy design, for the music bands can survive in the COVID–19 situation.</p> ER -
