DUTIES OF EDITORS

  1. Consider, scrutinize, select on quality, of articles for publication in the Journal with focus on best benefits of the readers
  2. Conceal the information of the authors and articles reviewers from Journal’s non-related parties during the time of the article reviewing
  3. Select articles for publication by consideration on importance, newness, clarity of content, and with emphasis on conformation to Journal’s limitations and policies
  4. Publication must not be a repetition of past publication in other journals
  5. An article must not be refused because of doubts or uncertainty of its correctness, i.e. doubts must be proven by evidences
  6. There must be no conflict of interest concerning the authors, reviewers, and Journal’s administration
  7. There must be a serious content and plagiarism examination using trustworthy programs for the certainty that the publishing contents in the Journal do not repeat to an extent over the criteria verified by the Journal
  8. When plagiarism is over the extent of the criteria verified by the Journal, or there is no adequate reference on the source of such message, is found, the Editor must stop the reviewing process and contact the main author for explanations to supplement such article
