Each instructor possesses distinct communication techniques tailored to their personal characteristics. Effective communication and cueing are crucial elements in creating an enjoyable teaching environment for aerobic dance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the communication and cueing techniques of aerobic dance leaders and the application of these techniques in their instructions. Leaders can choose symbolic techniques for providing cues, such as verbal or visual cueing, with each gesture initiated during the pre-cueing phase (6-7 counts) and concluding on the 8th count. Successful teaching involves the discovery that using symbolic communication, expressed through body language, eliminates the need for leaders to employ excessively loud vocalization. When employing communication methods to signal signs or movements, leaders should opt for positive and rhythmic speech aligned with the musical beat (phase). Less experienced leaders may benefit from understanding and practicing action cueing to develop an appropriate teaching persona. Once proficient, instructors can diversify teaching strategies based on the learners' competence level. Techniques for addressing teaching challenges include modifying the direction of movement, alternating between right and left, and adjusting the tempo to prompt faster rhythm changes in the set of poses
ผศ.ดร.ยรรยงค์ พานเพ็ง; Kittisak Makpan; I Dewa Made Aryananda I Dewa Made Aryananda Wijaya Kusuma Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/KRUjournal/article/view/272108 Tue, 25 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 เทคโนโลยีในการฟื้นฟูภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้เรียนในยุคชีวิตวิถีถัดไป https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/KRUjournal/article/view/273453
In the next phase of life, known as "The Next Normal," which is saturated with digital technology influencing every aspect of life, it is evident that digital technology plays a significant role in the recovery of learners' learning, especially during periods of learning loss resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. This has led to the implementation of urgent recovery measures in learning, termed "RECOVER," which include: 1) Access to Education: Promoting access to learning resources through online channels; 2) Quality of Learning: Promoting the development of learning resources and teaching materials suitable for the current situation, creating learning communities, and supporting remote learning; and 3) Mental Health: Providing mental health care services and promoting adaptation to the current situation, including linking with relevant mental health service providers. Education in "The Next Normal" should adopt a blended learning approach to enhance learning efficiency, reduce learning gaps, and increase the chances of success for each learner equally. Active Learning management is a learner-centered approach that emphasizes learner participation in learning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. In the assessment of learning outcomes, it is essential to consider using appropriate tools and methods for fair assessment. Teachers should use assessment results to improve teaching processes appropriately. Technology plays a crucial role in recovering learning loss, including: 1) Online Learning Platforms: Helping learners access learning content conveniently and quickly from anywhere; 2) Digital Learning Tools: Enabling diverse and participatory learning formats; 3) Immersive Learning: Facilitating easier learning by integrating virtual information with the real world, enhancing understanding and learner involvement in learning; and 4) Artificial Intelligence Learning Technology: Utilizing AI to tailor learning to individual needs. Therefore, technology in recovering learning loss plays a crucial role in enabling learners to reach their full potential in "The Next Normal."
The protection of fair competition or, broadly speaking, protection of the public interest of sports is a central aspect of all modern sports ruling as well as a direct purpose of regulatory functions of sports governing bodies (SGBs). This study addresses the challenges and opportunities for the application of sports rules and regulations that are provided by self-regulation of SGBs, particularly with regard to fair competition, equality, integrity, disciplines and ethics in sports. The discussion addresses the ways in which self-regulation of the SGBs relies on the autonomy of sports for providing regulatory and sanctioning functions and for setting out levels of transparency, accountability and integrity in sports, with a focus on professionalization and standardisation of sports, as well as on the possibility of developing a common set of rules and regulations in sports. These build a foundation in the public interest protection in sports by ruling sports in England. The main objective of sports governance in England is to increase autonomy of sports ruling to protect the common interests of sports participants and create a sense of responsibility for sports stakeholders in running their commercial and businesses activities. This study particularly examines the effectiveness of the regulations and legal aspects that govern the sports industry in ensuring that the public interest of sports is adequately protected in the English legal system. It evaluates the scope for any practice of safeguarding participants of activities and competitions, and the public, against unfair practices in sports.
This research aimed to: (1) study the logistics processes in production; and (2) identify strategies to enhance the competitiveness of Ban Nong Song Ton Natural Dried Flower Community Enterprise, Kanchanaburi. This research used qualitative methods. The instruments were in-depth interviews and observations of group leaders and members, especially those who had been members for at least 5years, The data were collected and compared using the triangulation methods. The analyzed data were used to create strategies based on the TOWS matrix method. This research found that: (1) The steps involved in manufacturing logistics were dying, drying, assembling the flowers, and putting the bouquet together. Seven days was needed for production in total, depending on the weather and the procurement of natural raw materials from nearby and distant locations. The production model was Made-to-Stock to shorten the waiting time for customers. (2) The group environment has the advantages of low raw material costs and unique craftsmanship. The weakness was the lack of technology to support the operation. The group’s opportunities lay in the support from government agencies. The threats came from the changing weather that could affect the production time and external pressure generated by raw material suppliers from different regions that could affect product pricing. (3) The strategies to enhance competitiveness included creating a variety of products and participating in various exhibitions. The preventive strategies included establishing a network of raw material suppliers to improve bargaining power and increase the inventory of raw materials in an appropriate climate. The solution and response strategies included developing language and technical skills in applying technology to support demand growth and supply management to effectively meet customer needs.
The purpose of this study was to study including factors online marketing mix, consumer behavior, cultural factors and social factors influencing purchasing decisions.
