The objectives of this research were to 1) compare the critical reading ability with the learning management using the START strategy together with small group discussion techniques before and after learning and compare post-learning results using the 80 percent criterion; and 2) study the satisfaction of grade 6 students towards the learning management using the START strategy together with small group discussion techniques. The research sample consisted of 30 grade 6 students in the 1st semester of the academic year 2022 by cluster random sampling. The research tools were the lesson plans, critical reading ability test and satisfaction questionnaire.
The statistics used to analyze the data included mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The results showed that
1. The post-learning critical reading ability with the learning management using the START strategy together with small group discussion techniques was significantly higher than the prelearning ability and higher than 80 percent at the .05 level.
2. The overall satisfaction of the students towards the START strategy together with small group discussion techniques was the highest level.

The purpose of this research were 1) to develop an e-learning system, local curriculum, local wisdom in the central region by applying the King's science for life-long learning with digital technology. 2) to assess the efficiency and satisfaction of the e-learning system for the central local wisdom curriculum by applying the king's wisdom for life-long learning with digital technology. The system is used for curriculum management covering 9 provinces in the central region, including 30 curriculums for grades 1 - 6, both at the level of basic education, non-formal and informal education in the central region, there are 10,000 students including teachers participating in the project, with a sample of 370 people. Tools used in system development using HTML, PHP and java script, Editplus and Adobe Dreamweaver programs, MySQL databases based on relational database design principles. Tools used to collect information Evaluation of system performance using Back Box Testing method of software testing and user satisfaction of the system. The instrument used was a questionnaire according to the Rating Scale of 5 levels, all scores were used to calculate the mean. and standard deviation.

The results of the research were as follows: 1) The developed e-learning system can work in accordance with the requirements according to the working conditions of the system set forth in the Central Local Wisdom Curriculum Development Project by applying the royal science for lifelong learning with the system digital technology. User groups are divided into 3 groups, consisting of administrators, teachers or professors, and students. System applications allow the Internet to be run through a web browser program such as Google Chrome, Mozilla firefox, can be used through various devices such as computers, mobile phones, etc, can access the learning system in the system. Every place and every time. 2 )System performance evaluation results by experts The average score was 4.82 and the standard deviation was 0.24. It was found that the system was most efficient. and satisfaction assessment results from system users, the mean score was 4.18, the standard deviation was 0.80, the satisfaction was at a high level. according to the

An evaluation of student care and support system project of Chumchonwatdukkanon School ‘s objectives were to evaluate the context, the input, the process and the products by using CIPP valuation Model. The subjects of this study consisted of 17 teachers and 181 Chumchonwatdukkanon School students. The instrument used for gathering data was the rating-scale questionnaire. The descriptive statistics were arithmetic mean and standard deviation.

The findings showed that:

1. The results of the projects’ context found that the opinions of teachers toward the possibility of implementing the project according to school policies, teachers’ needs, and overall possibility were at the highest level. When each separate aspect was considered, it was found that principles and reasons, objectives, and project goals were at the highest level.

2. The results of the projects’ input revealed that the opinions of teachers toward the appropriation of standard factors and project’s processes in overall were at the highest level. When each separate aspect was considered, it was found that all aspects were at the highest level.

3. For the results of the project’s process, it was found that the opinions of the committee toward activities’ operating processes of the project in overall were at the high level. When the project finished, the opinions were at the highest level.

4. For the results of the project’s products including learning activities and learners’ attitude, competencies, reading ability, critical thinking ability, and writing ability, the teachers and students’ opinions in overall were at the highest level. When each separate aspect was considered, it was found that all aspects were at the highest level. Moreover, teachers and students’ satisfaction toward the student care project was at the highest level. Students had higher academic achievement. The evaluation’s results of learners’ attitude, competencies, reading ability, critical thinking ability, and writing ability met the target criteria of the school.

This research aims to study the living conditions of Thailand National Sports university students. The questionnaire survey had been utilized for data collecting by the university’s Lampang campus. The research primarily begins with quantitative research, intending to ameliorate a system to foster work, along with academic life of students with sport science professions by analyzing the data obtained. The research found that most of the students, 157 out of the 167 students being studied, worked while pursuing their degrees to earn income, or 95.15 percent of the sample studied. The majority group of the students who worked while studying comprised of fitness coaches or personal trainers, consisting of 36 students or 21.82 percent of the sample group. Out of 157 students that worked, 122 students or 77.71 percent worked full-time, together with 80 students or 50.96 percent had part-time jobs.
In terms of personality improvement and self-development, the overall opinions were at a relatively high level with an overall mean of 3.32. There was also a high level of overall opinions with respect to the skill development aspect, scoring a mean of 3.44. The overall
opinion with the economic aspect was at a high level with a mean value of 3.48. When observing the outcomes of earning income while studying, the research found that 132 of the 157, or 84.08 percent, who worked while studying attained better grades. Furthermore, 157 of the students or 100 percent became more responsible people. Besides, 131 of those who worked while pursuing their studies or 83.44 percent made more friends. Additionally, 157 or 100 percent became more self-confident. Likewise, 128 or 81.53 percent earned higher income to cover their expenses. Ultimately, 110 or 70.06 percent of the students who worked were involved in preferable social
activities.

This research is a survey research aiming to study the physical fitness of school students in the academic service area of Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University in the academic year 2022. The sample group was 9 4 students at Ban Pu Liap School, 46 students at Ban Pu Pradu School, 44 students at Queen Sirikit Alumni Association School, 4 4 students at and Ban Nong Bua School, totally 228 people in the 2022 academic year. The tools used were Performance tests and norms of physical fitness
The results of the study of physical fitness tests in the 4 school were as follows:
For the Body Mass Index (BMI) in the 4 schools, it was found that most males were at the thin level, and most of the females were at the thin and proportional levels.
For the Sit and Reach program, it was was found that most of the males were at very low and low levels, and most of the females were at very low and medium levels.
For the 30-Second Modified Push Ups program, it was found that most of the males were at the moderate level, and most of the females were at the moderate level.
For the 60-Second Sit up program, it was found that most of the males were at the low and moderate levels, and most of the females were at the low and moderate levels.
For the 3-Minute Step Up and Down program, it was found that most of the males were at the very good level and most of the females were at the very good level.

The research objectives were 1) to examine the appropriate physical performance in each type of sport of excellent athletes in Kanchanaburi; and 2) to study the level of physical fitness of excellent athletes in Kanchanaburi.
This study was a descriptive research using mixed research methods. A sample group of selected and the research instruments were checked by 5 experts. The content validity was analyzed using index of item-objective congruence: IOC, and the IOC result was 0.791.
The research results were as follows: 1. The appropriate physical performance for each type of sport was different. There were four basic areas of physical fitness in all sports: 1) Body Composition, 2 ) Flexibility, 3 ) Strength, a n d 4 ) Aerobic Capacity, which were important components of physical fitness. In other sports, physical fitness differed depending on the skills required to play and compete. 2. The level of physical fitness of excellent athletes in Kanchanaburi was low. It was recommended that Kanchanaburi trainers and athletes should continue to develop henceforth.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the competency for Thailand national rugby football players of Thai Rugby Union under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King. The research instrument was a questionnaire, with the content validity of 0.84, and the reliability of 0.86. The 571 samples in this study derived by purposive sampling method comprised administrators, referees, coaches and players of Thai Rugby Union under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King. The data analysis was conducted in percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results were found as follows:
The competency for Thailand national rugby football players of Thai Rugby Union under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King was found at a highest level as a whole ( = 4.26, S.D. = .27) As separated aspects were considered, the players’ fitness was found at a highest level ( = 4.32, S.D. = .40), self-thought was found at a highest level ( = 4.31, S.D. = .43), motivation/attitude and brain fitness
in sport were found at a highest level ( = 4.29, S.D. = .43), personal characteristics were found at a highest level ( = 4.25, S.D. = .43), knowledge was found at a highest level ( = 4.21, S.D. = .44), and skill was found at a high level ( = 4. 15, S.D. = .42).

Using social media influencer marketing campaigns is a powerful digital marketing technique. The disruption era has forced all business sectors to adopt a digital mindset. Influencers are individuals who draw the attention from various business sectors. With the combination of social media platforms, Influencer marketing is becoming more widely known among brands. Influencers have an essential role to increase target market engagement by encouraging followers to purchase products from collaborating brands. Followers believe their relationship fits the style of influencers rather than traditional big names, called para-social relationship. In terms of global view, the number of social media users has grown more rapidly than the number of internet users. At present, the online market for mother and child products is becoming more and more competitive and can be divided into many levels from markets with high purchasing power to general markets. Online marketing has become a tool that can help advertise and promote brands to be more well-known for the mother and baby products business (Taokaemai, 2019). The purpose of this study is to study factors influencing purchase decision of Enfant maternal and child products including online marketing mix factors (6P's) and Brand Equity factors. Data were collected from the sample group who bought Enfant maternal and child products through online
channels. A Google form's questionnaire was distributed online using a QR code to a total of 400 samples. The data were analyzed statistically by means of statistical relationship with Multiple Linear Regression. This study found that online marketing mix factors, including product, place, personalization, and privacy, and Brand Equity factors including brand recognition, perceived product quality and brand loyalty influenced the decision to buy Enfant maternal and child products through online channels at the statistically significant level of 0.05

The objectives of this study are 1) to analyze the goodness-of-fit index of a causal factor model influencing the business performance of the automobile industry in Thailand; and 2) to analyze an influence of causal factors on the business performance of the automobile industry in Thailand. The sample included 500 high-positioned employees in automobile manufactures in Thailand selected by convenient sampling. The tool used in this research was feedback questionnaire with the goodness-of-fit index at 0.97 and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient value at 0.98. The questionnaires were sent to high-positioned employees in automobile manufactures via Google Form. 496 questionnaires, representing 99.20 percent, were returned. For the data analysis of the structural equation model (SEM) by statistical package, the basic terms of SEM usage were validated by using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality, which revealed normal distribution (p = .20*). Moreover, multicollinearity test showed no linear condition. Therefore, the result indicated that 1) The model was consistent with the empirical data with Chi-square (x²) of not statistically different (p = 1.000), GFI = 0.990, AGFI = 1.000, NI = 1.000, IFI 1.000, CFI = 0.98, and RMSER = 0.000; 2) The business performance was positively and directly influenced by lean
manufacturing and competitive advantage with the statistical significance of 0.01. Competitive advantage was positively and directly influenced by lean manufacturing with the statistical significance of 0.01.

The aim of this research was to study 1) personal, work and organizational commitment factors of personnel, 2 ) level of happiness at work of personnel, and 3 ) the relationship between personal, work, and organizational commitment factors of personnel, and happiness at work among personnel, all at the Kanchanaburi Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO).
This cross-sectional analytical research. All population of Kanchanaburi PAO is 449 people. The sample group was obtained from multiple regression analysis of 403 people and another 10% of the sample was added. Therefore, a total of 443 were studied people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with the reliability value of 0.94, and statistically analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results revealed that, among all the 443 PAO personnel (respondents): 1) most of them were married women aged 41–50 years, had 1–3 children, had obtained an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, had been working as government officials, teachers or employees of the PAO for 15 years or more, and had a monthly income of 15,000–29,999 baht; 2) the level of their happiness at work, on a 0–100 scale. was 72.9 + 5.5 (mean + SD); and 3) the significant relationships (regression coefficient, or B, on a 1–5 scale; p-value < 0.05) between happiness at work and various factors were: personal factors including female gender (B: 1.7, 95%CI: 1.1–2.2), postgraduate education (B: 0.8, 95%CI: 0.0–1.5), being employed for specific or general mission (B: -1.3, 95%CI: (-2.3)–(-0.4)), monthly income of 15,000–29,999 baht (B: 0.9, 95%CI: 0.1–1.7), and monthly income of 30,000 baht or more (B: 1.7, 95%CI: 0.6–2.8); work-related factors including relationship at work (B: 3.3, 95%CI: 2.7–3.9), welfare and compensation (B: 2.1, 95%CI: 1.2–3.0) and work environment (B: 1.7, 95%CI: 1.1–2.4); and organizational commitment factors including feelings (B: 2.4, 95%CI: 1.7–3.1) and persistency (B: 0.8, 95%CI: 0.2–1.5), all of which could 73.5% (R2 = 0.735) predict their happiness at work at the Kanchanaburi PAO. Thus, agency executives
should attach the importance to the development of personnel relationships in coexistence, including honoring and giving personnel the opportunity to develop creative thinking, creating a pleasant working environment that will make the personnel happy to work and desire to continue working with the organization.

The study of factors affecting the quality of public administration of Phrongmadua subdistrict municipality, Nakhon Pathom province, has three objectives: 1) to study the quality of public administration, 2) to study the quality of life factors in work performance, and 3) to study the factors affecting the quality of public administration of Phrongmadua subdistrict municipality, Nakhon Pathom province. A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from the population of Phrongmadua subdistrict municipality, totaling 1 0 8 people. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, standard deviation, mean, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results of this study found that: 1) The quality level of work performance is at a moderate level ( = 3.59, S.D. = .617) and when considering each aspect, it is found that the aspect with the highest mean value was safe and hygienic environment ( = 3.86, S.D. =
.519), followed by work democracy ( = 3.80, S.D. = .527), job security ( = 3.74, S.D. =527), social integration ( = 3.73, S.D. = .496), development and growth ( =3.66, S.D. =.503), freedom to negotiate (= 3.58, S.D. = .625), participation in the organization ( = 3.56, S.D. = .611), free time in life ( = 3.51, S.D. = .585), appropriate and adequate compensation ( = 3.37, S.D. = .782) and benefits ( = 3.09, S.D. =.802) respectively; 2) The quality level of public administration is at a moderate level ( = 3.60, S.D. = .517) and when considering each aspect, it is found that the aspect with the highest mean value was the aspect of giving importance to service recipients and stakeholders ( = 3.89, S.D. = .575), followed by the aspect of process management ( = 3.80, S.D. = .509), strategic planning ( = 3.74, S.D. = .367), organizational leadership ( = 3.72, S.D. = .468), human resource focus ( = 3.64, S.D. = .520), operational results, measurement, analysis, and knowledge management ( = 3.37, S.D. = .514), respectively; and 3) For the factors
affecting the quality of public administration, it is found that democratic factors in work, development and growth factors, and benefits affect the quality of public administration of Phrongmadua subdistrict municipality, Nakhon Pathom Province, at 70.3 %, with the statistical significance at the .05 level.

The ChulaKathin tradition of the Phutakian community was born from the power of faith
in Buddhism. It is a commitment to the community since the past. Due to the immigration of
many ethnic groups, including Karen, Mon and Tai Yuan, the community has become a
multicultural community. The Chulakathin shows their own beliefs in the society that connect
religion, nature and ways of interdependent life with perfectly blended religious ceremonies. Thus,
these become a part of wisdom, knowledge, ideas, abilities, and beliefs of the community.
From the study, it was found that the process of making Chulakathin clothes of the
Phutakhian community was outstanding and unique. The ritual of planting starts from preparing
the area, sowing the cotton seeds, collecting the cotton flowers, picking the cotton or taking the
seeds out of the cotton, flicking the cotton, spinning the cotton wheel or rolling the cotton, and
spinning cotton or pushing cotton. Moreover, the Chulakathin Weaving Ceremony starts from the
weaving of Chulakathin, cutting, and sewing of Chulakathin robes, dyeing clothes and parading the
Chulakathin robes. There are all valuable processes that consist of social and cultural knowledge
related to the people’s ways of life which constitute the foundation of community culture and
lead to the creation of value and the strengthening of society and culture, including the existence
of Buddhism, continuation of traditions, community identity creation through traditions, ritual and
relationship creation, communion through traditions and rituals, strengthening of education
through the creation of cultural learning resources, strengthening of the economy, especially
through the production rituals and the development of cultural capital from the community as
well as the promotion of cultural tourism.
