TY - JOUR AU - Phusoda, Somsarp PY - 2022/08/31 Y2 - 2024/03/29 TI - THE DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION MODEL TO RAISE LEARNER QUALITY OF BORABUWITTAYAKHAN SCHOOL JF - Journal of MCU Nakhondhat JA - JMND VL - 9 IS - 8 SE - Research Articles DO - UR - https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JMND/article/view/263277 SP - 162-182 AB - <p>This research aims to 1) study the current condition and academic administration problems of Borabuwittayakhan School 2) the development of academic administration model to enhance learners’ quality of Borabuwittayakhan School 3) evaluate the implementation of the academic administration model to enhance learners’ quality of Borabuwittayakhan School 4) assess the satisfaction of people involving with academic administration model to enhance learners’ quality of Borabuwittayakhan School. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean ( ), and standard deviation (S.D.). In the current condition of school, it is found that students’ Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET) result along with learners’ achievement need to be improved. The academic administration problems is in average level with 5 problems as follow; students’ learning process, the application of technology and development of teaching material in classroom, classroom research, curriculum development and educational supervision, respectively. The academic administration model comprised of 5 components which are 1) Academic leadership 2) Team work 3) The principles of participative management 4) Academic administration process 5) Academic administration framework. The evaluation of the implementation to enhance learners’ quality towards the academic administration model, from school internal quality assessment, showed that learners’ quality is at a highest level. The percentage of learning achievement and the desirable characteristics of learner assessment was higher and the result of Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET) result showed higher than an average score level of a country score level in all subjects. The development of learners’ quality also affected on the award-winning in academic and excellent competitions. The satisfaction assessment of teachers, students and their parents towards the development of academic administration model is at a high level.</p> ER -
