Findings were as follows: 1. Overall, an average mean of developing Border Patrol Police's competencies based on national security: a case study of Border Patrol Company 424, was at a moderate level ( = 3.44) When each aspect was taken into consideration by sorting the average in descending order, it was found that the average of Border Patrol Police Company 424 in terms of potential development on welfare was at the highest level ( = 3.63) followed by the average of the training aspect ( = 3.53) In terms of progress in positions, the average was at a high level ( = 3.53) For further education, the average was at a moderate level ( = 3.28) and the least average was found in communication ( = 3.25) 2) Regarding recommendations on the development of Border Patrol Police's capabilities based on national security, it was found that staff should be encouraged to study additional knowledge related to operations from various learning resources, to be promoted with the specific skills of each position to determine the knowledge, competence, and skills required for the position. There should also be sufficiently increased welfare benefits. encouraging personnel to develop the potential for information technology systems. Recruitment of personnel for employment or promotion can be done by using various exams to assess the knowledge, and competence of qualified persons to determine the position.</p> ER -
