Quantitatively, the population consisted of 182 administrators, supervisors and teachers. 125 people were randomly selected using Krazy Morgan's ready-made grid. according to the management structure Then easy sampling by drawing lots. Qualitative Information Group 46 people were selected using a specific method, namely 7 administrators, 12 heads, 15 teachers, 3 school committees, 3 parents, 3 students, 3 community leaders, total 46 people, selected from the school committee, student committee, and association. parent and stakeholders in school education management Use a participatory workshop. The research tools were 1) questionnaire 2) participant workshop report form. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNI index, content analysis. The results showed that Strategies for Developing Teacher Competency It consists of the following main strategies: 1) Developing morality, ethics and professional ethics 2) Developing effective teacher leadership 3) Self-development, creating a body of knowledge and innovation for quality professional development 4) Developing curriculum and student-centered learning management; 5) encourage and develop to build good relationships in teamwork; 6) develop effective classroom management services, 13 secondary strategies, and 23 strategic response projects.</p> ER -
