This research was quantitative research. The participants were administrators and teachers under selective Islamic private school in three southern border provinces. The sample size was determined using the ratio of 1:15. There were 32 observable variables leading to the total sample group of 480 teachers. Data in this research was gathered using Linkert-scale questionnaire as a tool. The total reliability value was .956. The data was analyzed using statistical tools including Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Statistical analysis, Exploratory Factor analysis, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The research found that 1) there were 5 exploratory factors of administrational competencies of school director under selective Islamic private school in three southern border provinces: positive communication, change agent leader, situational leader, organizational development, and corporation for success 2) the level of administrational competencies of school director of selective Islamic private school in three southern border provinces, overall was significantly high 3) the level school effectiveness of selective Islamic private school in three southern border provinces, overall was significantly high 4) Regarding administrational competencies of school director and organizational citizenship behavior and school effectiveness selective of Islamic private school in three southern border provinces overall, there was a moderate correlation, which was statistically significant at .01</p> ER -
