This research was a mixed methods research .The procedures of the research were divided into 2 steps. The first step was a quantitative research which study the conditions of school administration according to good governance principles collecting data from 103 Nakhon Kosamphee school group personels using questionnaires. The statistics used in this step included standard deviation and percentage. The second was a qualitative research which was collecting data from 9 experts in educational administration for studying and developing guidelines of school administration according to good governance principles. The research instrument in this step were interview forms. The statistics used in this step were frequency distributions and content consistency analysis. The results of this research were as followed: 1) The conditions of administration with principles for good governance of school administrators of Nakhon Kosamphee school group, both overall and individual, indicated that the level of practice is high. The percentages could be listed respectively as followed (1) Accountability (2) Morality (3) Participation (4) Responsibility (5) The Rule of Law (6) Cost – effectiveness or Economy. 2) The guidelines to administration with principles for good governance of school administrators of Nakhon Kosamphee school group is that the school should determine clear guidelines, rules, and principles for teachers to follow. Moreover, the school administrator should act as a role model with justice, build connections between the school and associated institutions, encourage good relationships between teachers and communities, have clear working objectives and annual working plans, and control the use of the budget according to regulations.</p> ER -
