This study was quantitative research. The samples consisted of 200 teachers teaching in the academic year 2020. The instrument used was a five rating scale questionnaire with reliability at .99. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, a t-test, a One - Way Analysis of variance and Scheffe's method. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The teachers' participation in internal quality assurance management in overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2) There was no significant difference between the teachers with different gender in participation in internal quality assurance management in overall. When considered in each aspect, it was found that there was a significant difference in the aspect of Do at the level of .05. 3) There was no significant difference between the teachers with different age in participation in internal quality assurance management in overall. When considered in each aspect, it was found that there was a significant difference in the aspect of Plan at the level of .05. 4) There was no significant difference between the teachers with different education level in participation in internal quality assurance management in overall and each aspect. 5) There was a significant difference between the teachers with different quality assurance experience in participation in internal quality assurance management in overall. When considered in each aspect, it was found that there was a significant difference in the aspect of Plan at the level of .05.</p> ER -
