The research instruments were questionnaires of current situation, structured interview and the evaluation from of suitability and possibility. Descriptive statistics used in the research were mainly percentage, average and standard deviation. The following findings were found in the result of this study. The overall opinions concerning the current, and desirable conditions to enhance work motivation of teachers in Secondary Educational Service Area office Roi Et were found to be at the moderate level. In addition, the desirable conditions could be observed at highest level. Regarding the order of priority needs, human relation in organization was ranked in the highest order of priority needs while the lowest order was promotion and progress on duty. Furthermore, to fulfill the second objective; the guidelines to enhance work motivation of teacher in Secondary Educational Service Area office Roi Et could be established consisting of five aspects as follows: 1) human relation in organization; 2) work description; 3) salary, welfare and reward; 4) work achievement; and, 5) promotion and progress on duty. These five aspects could be elaborated into thirty detailed guidelines for enhancing teachers’ work motivation to achieve better performance. The degree of suitability and possibility of this present of guidelines were ranked at the highest level.</p> ER -
