A census procedure was deployed for data collection in this research to fit with its small number of participants. Particularly in this research, questionnaires were distributed to a total of 231 households in Moo 1 Pattana Community, Ban Phai District, Khon Kaen Province and 111 questionnaires were returned. The collected information was interpreted by means of descriptive statistics including; mean( ), standard deviation (S.D.) and inferential statistics such as using T - test to attest samples correlations. It was observed that the information attainment was an area of family vulnerable that was most correlated with the management of the center for flood victim assistance. The information attainment was the households’ vulnerability that was found to have been associated with households’ willingness to cooperate with the statistical significance at a level of 0.05 on the following areas: locating sleeping spots, separating vulnerable groups, isolating areas for the flood victims with communicable disease from the groups with normal health conditions, and finding a hygienic kitchen and cooking areas. In order to promote career opportunity for the flood victims in the flood relief center, it was recommended that the communities exercise more online disseminations, such as opening a community Facebook page to alert the public about the disaster and to promote the sales of community’s products.</p> ER -
