The sample consisted of 313 teachers in Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The set sample size with the Krazy and Morgan tables by simple random method Data were collected by questionnaires of factors affecting the teacher organization engagement under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation of Pearson's correlation coefficient (Pearson's correlation coefficient). And stepwise multiple regression analysis (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis). The research results were found that 1) Factors affecting organizational engagement of teachers. It was overall at a high level. 2) Engagement in the teacher organization. It was overall at a high level. 3) The relationship between the factors affecting the engagement on the organizational commitment of the teachers found that the correlation coefficient was between 0.433 - 0.605. 4) Result of analysis multiple regression step by step of factors affecting the organizational engagement of teachers with a statistically significant level at .05. There were 3 numbers are Organizational and Management Factors (X<sub>6</sub>), Relationship Factors with Co - workers (X<sub>4</sub>) and work progress factor (X<sub>1</sub>) affect the engagement in the teacher’s organization with multiple correlation coefficient (R) equal to 0.694 has predictive power (R<sub>2</sub>) 48.20%.
