The research was divided into 2 stages. The first stage was to study the current and desirable states of students’ self - disciplines reinforcement of Primary Educational Service Area, Kalasin 3 and the samples were directors and teachers who are responsible for the students’ self - disciplines from 132 schools with 264 key informants by stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were arithmetic mean, standard deviation. and 2) to develop the guidelines of students’ self - disciplines reinforcement of Primary Educational Service Area, Kalasin 3. The interview from best practice obtained 3 directors and 3 teachers by purposive sampling. The research instruments were semi - structure interview form and the assessment form in appropriation and possibility of guidelines by purposive sampling. The statistics used in data analysis were arithmetic mean, standard deviation. The results as follow; 1. The current states as a whole was at the medium level while the desirable state of students’ self - disciplines reinforcement of Primary Educational Service Area, Kalasin 3 as a whole was the very high level. 2. The guidelines of students’ self - disciplines reinforcement of Primary Educational Service Area, Kalasin 3; the result of the assessment in appropriation and possibility was at high level.</p> ER -
