Secondary level of Wat Lan Bun School Under the Ladkrabang District Office And 2) comparing the condition and problems of operating student discipline. Secondary level of Wat Lan Bun School Under the Ladkrabang District Office Bangkok Classified by position. The qualitative research by us the questionnaires. Select purposive sampling such as: 1) school administrators and 2) teachers for all 404 persons. Using analyzed with frequency statistics, percentage, average, standard deviation, and tested independent t-test assumptions and table layouts. The research found that: 1) Conditions and problems of disciplinary operations of secondary school students of Wat Lan Bun School Under the Ladkrabang District Office, including operating conditions, discipline, secondary school students Overall, it was at a high level (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}"> = 3.80, S.D. = 0.13) and the problem of operation, discipline, secondary school students. Overall, it was at a low level (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}"> = 1.70, S.D. = 0.32) includes: 1) disciplinary administration, 2) admonishment, 3) parole, 4) disqualification, and 5) activities to make behavioral changes. And 2) Comparison of conditions and problems of discipline operations of secondary school students of Wat Lan Bun School. Under the Ladkrabang District Office, including operating conditions, discipline, secondary school students There were no significant differences in both overall and individual aspects: administrators (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}"> = 1.75, S.D. = 0.300) and teachers (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}"> = 1.64, S.D. = 0.393) were statistically significant at 0.05. And the problem of operating discipline in secondary school students There were no differences in both overall and individual aspects such as administrators (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}"> = 1.75, S.D. = 0.299) and teachers (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}"> = 1.64, S.D. = 0.392) The administrators had more problems than teachers.
