The research process had 3 stages as 1) to study of current conditions and the desirable condition of teachers’competency by Active learning.The 175 sample who were selected by Stratified random sampling gave information.The instrument was questionnaires. 2) Development of teachers’competency in Active learning. The study was Action Research using workshops and supervision strategy.The taeget group was 13 voluntary teacher in the Association Committee. And 3) Development of teacher’competency handbook in Active learning. Committee. There were 7 experts who were selected by purposive sampling gave information. The statistics used were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings revealed that; 1) The current conditions of teachers’ competency was at Moderate level and the desirable condition of teachers’ competency was at a much level. 2) Teachers’ competency development in Active Learning in the Association Committee by using 2 - cycles. The results can be summarized as follows: 1) Teachers’ competency development in Active Learning.The co - researcher to know,understandan and can manage Active Learning achieve the goal set. 3) Development of teacher’competency handbook in Active learning in Satuek Association Committee, Appropriate Assessment Results and The handbook possibility over all was in high level.</p> ER -
