There were 2 phases of the study; phase 1 was the study related to the current situations, desired situations and needs of transformational leadership of School administrators. The sample of the study were 336 School directors, Vice directors and teachers. The instrument used to collect data was the questionnaire. Phase 2 was the development of the guidelines to of transformational leadership of School administrators. The sample of the study related to the guidelines were 3 people who were selected by purposive sampling. The sample of evaluation the guidelines were 7 people who were selected by purposive sampling. The instruments used in the study were questionnaire and evaluation covered the possibility of the guidelines. The statistics used consisted of percentage, mean and standard deviation.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>The results revealed that: </strong>1) The results of the study related to the current situations shown that overall elements was rated in more level. The results of the study related to desired situations indicated that overall elements was rated in the most level. The results of the study related to needs could be ordered respectively depending on the most needed as follows; Intellectual Stimulation, Inspiration Motivation, Idealized Influence and Individualized Consideration. 2) The guidelines to transformational leadership of School administrators consists of 4 parts and 32 guidelines. The result of guidelines evaluation revealed that overall elements were appropriate and possible rated in the most level.</p> ER -
