The multidisciplinary research methodology was used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaires from 306 samples and analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews and focus group discussions.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results of the study found that:</strong></p><ol><li class="show">General conditions of service-oriented leadership for nursing students, with 3 images, 1) vision, 2) protection and 3) cooperation</li><li class="show">Guidelines for developing service-based leadership for nursing students by developing executives teacher provide direct training to nursing students including lectures and workshops (workshop), including field trips, field training, on-wards (on wand), brain storming, training for nursing students development based on principles prayana 4, to enhance the characteristics of the 4 sangkhawad objects to occur in the minds of nursing students.</li><li class="show">Development of leadership style for service for nursing students, consisting of 1) the principles by applying dharma principles to the development of executives teacher 2) objectives to prepare students for nursing to become nurses with good leadership skills 3) process follow the plan, follow up, evaluate and analyze results and develop solutions based on the following elements: vision protection and care and cooperation</li></ol> ER -
