The study was qualitative research by analyzing data from the document, in-depth interview tool and focus group discussion by choosing a specific sample. Key informants such as 1) Community leaders, consisting of the village headman, the village headman’s assistant, and the village committee, 2) the group chairman consisted of the elderly, products of the VHV, and the sufficiency economy, 3) the people consisted of the people, community scholars and monks, and 4) the goverment agencies consisted of the Khunthalay Sub-District Municipality and the network of 15 person. By content analysis, descriptive form and summarize the overview. The research was found that: 1. Community situation live like a brother Relatives live in generosity and help each other. Village committees have been established.
