The population were 146 students, 16 teachers, 9 basic education committees, 146 students’ parents, 5 project management committees, total 322 people. The sample group were 108 students, 16 teachers, 6 basic education committees, 108 students’ parents 2 project management committees, total 240 people. The instrument used for the assessment was a questionnaire. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation.
