The population consisted of 368 teachers of 26 Anuban schools, Nongsuea district under the Jurisdiction of Pathumthani Primary Service Area Office 2. The sample size was determine using Krejcie & Morgan. The 191 study samples were selected by stratified and simple samplings. The instrument used for data collection was a 5-rating scale questionnaire having the Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) of 0.80 - 1.00, and the alpha reliability of .93. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, t-test, and One-Way Analysis of Variance.The research results revealed that : 1) The learning environmental condition management in Anuban school, Nongsuea district under the Jurisdiction of Pathumthani Primary Service Area Office 2 as a whole and individual aspects were at much level by descending order of mean: choosing learning media, managing learning experiences, evaluating learning results, and managing learning environment respectively. 2) The teachers with different education levels showed difference opinions on learning environmental condition management in Anuban school, Nongsuea district under the Jurisdiction of Pathumthani Primary Service Area Office 2 with statistically significant level of .05. 3) Teachers with different work experiences showed no difference on opinions on learning environmental condition management in Anuban school, Nongsuea district under the Jurisdiction of Pathumthani Primary Service Area Office 2 with statistically significant level of .05.</p>}, number={3}, journal={Journal of MCU Nakhondhat}, author={Boonyasith, Kritsada and luangkhasoot, Pornrat and Pairoj, Kamonchanok}, year={2022}, month={Mar.}, pages={203–220} }
