This study used Heidegger’s hermeneutic phenomenological approach. Twelve key informants were second-year nursing students who currently nursing practicing at the general ward. Data were collected from individual in-depth interviews based on the researcher-generated interview guidelines conducted during the 2nd and 3rd weeks of the practices. Collected from a total of 12 respondents, and the data trustworthiness was established following Lincoln and Guba’s criteria. The finding revealed eight thematic categories reflected within five lived-worlds of  Max van Manen. 1) lived body refer to fatigue ,anxiety and scared 2) lived things refer to everything are astonish 3) lived time refer to hustle 4) lived relations refer to the need to vent their problems, care and sympathize, expect helping trust relationship from colleague 5) lived place refer to melancholy and apprehension.  The findings could enable nurse’s instructor and advisor to better understand the causes of behavioral expressions of students during practice, and that’s serve as a guide for improving the quality of teaching in nursing practice in responding to problems and needs of the nursing students on first nursing practice in wards.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Journal of MCU Nakhondhat}, author={Singsanun , Naovarat and Nilati , Julaluck and Wongchantra , Kuntean}, year={2022}, month={Jan.}, pages={344–361} }
