This research was quantitative document data analysis. The data was collected by in-depth interview and group discussion of specific sampling group who was directly participates and important role about artisanal and coastal fisheries that were divided into 5 groups such as 1) artisanal fisheries, 2) people, 3) relate government organization, 4) Non Government Organization, and 5) private business sector, total number 15 people and then bring about to content analysis and overview summarize. It was found that 1. To study context in Ban Pak Nam Tha Muang village about in the social aspect, there is a dependency and use of resources from the past to the present, there was generosity and relationship “System of Relative”. In terms of resources, marine and coastal resources are restored, and in the part of economic was focus on processing of aquatic products to add value and the generate income based on resources appropriately, balanced and sustainable. 2. The blue economy management participation of artisanal fisheries in Ban Pak Nam Tha Muang village such as in the social aspect, grouping of artisanal fisheries and coastal community organizations for contribute to sustainable resource management.
