The target group is 60 employees at Hi-Tech Apparel Co., Limited using purposive sampling. The research tools were 1) a questionnaire of the current state of teamwork, 2) learning strategies based on 70:20:10 learning model, 3) an assessment form of learning strategies and 4) an assessment questionnaire of teamwork efficiency. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation. content analysis and t-test. The results revealed that the current state of teamwork was at a high level ( <img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}">= 3.95) sorting the mean from highest to lowest is the role assignment aspect. Achieving goals work process and targeting. The expected condition of teamwork as a whole was at the highest level ( <img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}">= 4.52) in descending order of averages, namely, role assignments. goal setting in achieving goals and in working processes the results of the development of learning strategies according to the 70:20:10 learning pattern revealed that there were 12 learning strategies, covering 70 percent of experiential learning, 5 strategies, and 20 percent learning from others. There were 4 strategies and learning from training 10%. There were 3 strategies.
