This research was the quasi–experimental research. The population included the fourth - year student’s secondary school of Dechapattanayanukul School. The sample consisted of 32 students in class of 4/2 by using cluster random sampling. The research instrument consisted of 1) a practice test for problem solving skills in calculating chemistry problems; 2) a test to measure academic achievement; 3) a problem solving skill test, and 4) an assessment of student satisfaction with the use of the skill exercise. Data collection were from the quiz, problem solving skills test and satisfaction assessment form. Data was analyzed by content analysis, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t - test dependent samples. The research results were found that; 1) The results of the study the effectiveness of the practice problem solving skills for calculating chemistry problems with a variety of learning activities for chemistry subject, in aspect of the field group, problem solving skills were 80.14/79.01 and 79.82/78.11, respectively, and a sample of problem solving skills knowledge were 82.81/81.15 and 82.08/80.78 respectively, which was effective on criteria 75/75. 2) Academic achievement and problem solving skills that organizes learning activities by skill training solving chemistry problems with a variety of learning activities in chemistry subject were higher at the significantly .05. 3) Satisfaction of students were the highest level (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}"> = 4.50, S.D. = 0.50).</p>}, number={3}, journal={Journal of MCU Nakhondhat}, author={Thammachat, Phongrat}, year={2021}, month={Mar.}, pages={99–112} }
