The study was conducted with 170 administrators, academic associate and teachers working in secondary school under the secondary educational Service Area Office 3 in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya. The sample group was acquired by a sample random sampling. The research instrument employed in this study was a five - rating scale questionnaire with a reliability to measure the creative leadership of school administrators at .91 and a reliability of the questionnaire to measure the academic management at .93. Statistics employed in this research included mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The findings revealed that: 1) creative leadership overall and in each aspect were found in a highest level. The highest mean score was found on vision, followed by communication and problem solving. The lowest mean score was found on team work; 2) academic Management in overall and in each aspect were found in a highest level. The highest mean score was found on learning management and followed by developmental curriculum. The lowest mean score was found on research for learning development, and 3) the creative leadership of school administrators showed positive relationship with academic Management in secondary school under the secondary educational Service Area Office 3 in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya in a high level at a statistical significant level of .01. The creative leadership of the school administrators showed the highest relationship on problem solving, followed by communication.
